Meet Emile

I’m a life, performance, and leadership coach based in Auckland.

 

My work focuses on helping leaders slow down their reactions, reflect clearly, and respond to the real challenges they face. Through coaching conversations, leaders develop greater self-awareness, emotional regulation, and clarity in decision-making.

 

Over the years I have worked with business leaders, educators, and high-performing athletes who want to grow in how they lead themselves and others.

 

My approach combines reflective coaching with practical leadership development so leaders grow not only in skill, but also in presence, confidence, and perspective.

I serve as a mentor through the Auckland Business Chamber and Business Mentors New Zealand, supporting business owners and leaders as they navigate growth, decision-making, and leadership challenges.

Some of my leadership coaching services are registered with the Regional Business Partner Network as part of the Management Capability Development Fund.

Through the Regional Business Partner Network, eligible businesses may access co-funding support from the Management Capability Development Fund to strengthen leadership capability and business performance.

Businesses interested in accessing this support must first connect with a Regional Business Partner Growth Advisor, who will assess eligibility and identify appropriate development support.

One example was my work with Africa Biomass Company in South Africa, where I coached the leadership team during a period of strategic growth.

During this time, the company was recognised as Entrepreneur of the Year in 2017, reflecting the strength of the leadership, strategy, and direction developed during that journey.
