AGT COACHING introduces the High Impact Leadership Development programme for newly selected prefects. The programme activates positive emotions and promote fearless change. Participants gain fresh insights, uncover their signature strengths and sharpen their critical thinking skills. They explore new leadership approaches in applying theory in real-world contexts.
Using a unique blend of fun, interactive activities and discussions, the High Impact Leadership Development programme will develop effective decision-making skills while acquiring actionable frameworks personalized to their unique situation.

01. DISCOVERY PHASE
The workshop focuses on the following themes:
• Self-awareness: Maintain an accurate picture of self and seek feedback to improve.
• Learning agility: thinking and learning quickly
• Resiliency: Handle stress, uncertainty and setbacks well.
• STRATEGIC THINKING: Thinking and acting systematically—Sees the big picture, how the organisation’s parts function.

02. LEADING CHANGE
The workshop focuses on the following themes:
• STRATEGIC ACTING: Take decisive action consistent with the strategic direction of the school.
• Communication: Model communication across groups and levels.
• STRATEGIC INFLUENCING: Build commitment to the school’s direction by inviting others to the strategic process

AGT COACHING also provides the option for an even more personalized leadership development plan. We assist schools with a full assessment including surveys and interviews to determine your special needs. We help compiling a strategic plan with an action plan.

Engaging each and every learner, the programme will demonstrate how to be a leader of influence.
Using a unique blend of fun and interactive activities, games and discussions, Lead the Way will support young leaders in the following segments:

Learning how to take sustainable steps towards goals, identifying and changing perspectives, and aligning values with action.

Learners are coached through a process of formulating effective mission statements and design personal leadership projects.

MENTORING & COACHING
WHY MENTORING & COACHING MATTERS
Principalship is more demanding than ever: Principals are creating the culture, systems and instructional conditions necessary for all children to achieve at high levels. Principals are faced with an increasing number of challenges as they strive to improve teaching and learning in their schools. One-on-One mentoring and coaching is an effective tool to support the growth of the principal and increase effectiveness and longevity in the profession.
Principals find the long-term relationship with a mentor supportive and helpful in the isolated role. Mentoring includes both onsite and virtual visits each month and is tailored to the needs of the principal.
