AGT's Executive Coaching process is a 6 to 12 month “immersive” leadership and personal growth journey that unlocks and unleashes a leader’s full potential so they truly become the best leader and person they can be.
Emile Neethling and his unique coaching process, achieves this by igniting and strengthening a leaders inner-core and outer-core, which enables them to realize “game-changing” outcomes that they can leverage as leaders in their business and life.
The Executive Coaching process features 50 to 75 hours working directly with Emile Neethling over a 6 to 12-month period.
Emile Neethling confidentially engages with Executives in the four proven phases of the coaching process:
HIGH POTENTIALS EXECUTIVE COACHING
Emile Neethling's Executive Coaching process can be tailored for High Potentials featuring 10 to 20 hours over a 3 to 6 month period.
This offering helps high potentials become more self-aware of their leadership strengths and development needs as a foundation to accelerating their own development. This coaching offering is accelerated, cost-sensitive, but highly effective, especially when the client has multiple high potential leaders.
Similar to Emile’s Executive Coaching Program, high potential leaders are assessed using the Global Leadership Assessments complemented by key stakeholder to gain insight into their “outer-core” effectiveness.
Emile will will debrief their custom assessment results over two insightful sessions and the remaining online coaching sessions feature Emile partnering with the leader to help them build and implement their custom leadership and personal development plan focused on leveraging their gifts and strengths and addressing their development needs.
Investment options: 3 or 6 months.
Executives undergo an in-depth diagnostic interview and are assessed using the Global Leadership Assessment to gain insight into their outer-core effectiveness.
As part of the process, Emile Neethling will shadow the executive as they go about conducting meetings, delivering presentations and interacting with stakeholders.
Emile Neethling will debrief the executive's assessment results and offer his own observations.
The remaining coaching sessions feature Emile Neethling partnering with the executive to help them build and implement their custom leadership and personal development plan. The focus would be on leveraging their gifts and strengths and addressing their development needs. Emile's process is stakeholder focused, in that executives are guided to use their stakeholders throughout the process to gain powerful insights about their own leadership strengths and development gaps.
Emile utilizes a mini-survey process at three months intervals to obtain feedback from stakeholders to determine if the leader is improving in those areas identified as critical in their leadership development plans.
